In the event that you would like to return your purchase, we allow returns that are processed within 30 days of purchase. To properly credit you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Please contact our customer service team for RMA numbers as well as our return item address. Items that have been received defective or damaged must be packaged in their original retail packaging as if new and returned with a detailed description of the problem.

We are unable to accept any item(s) that have been used as well as any food item(s). Products that have had gasoline and oil in them are also non-returnable. These items will fall under their original manufacturers warranty for repair or replacement. 

Please pack all returns appropriately and use a reputable carrier service when returning your goods. Since most of our products ship free of charge, return shipping fees are not refundable. Items returned without a RMA number will not be processed. We reserve the right to decline any product return.
